PAINT ROLLERS
The Automatic Paint Roller Handle Machine is designed for the production of wire frames and their subsequent assembly together with plastic handles for paint rollers. The machine allows paint roller handles to be produced in various sizes and wire diameters.
The ABM 310, the predecessor of these latest machine models, is still available despete its lower output. It is ideal for smaller companies wirh lower production requirements. The bending process is normally performed in thre bending and movig steps. The bending unit is also servo-driven.
The ABM 320 is specially designed for paint roller handle production with a wide range of forms, sizes and wire diameters. Wire uncoiling via driven coil holder, wire straightening and wire pressing have been taken over from the previous machine model. Newly designed is the bending technology with three servo driven cams, effectively doubling the machine performance!
